GB Sciences Puerto Rico, LLC (GBSPR) has entered into a commercialization agreement with GB Sciences, Inc (GBLX) to manufacture, lease, license, validate, service and finance all existing and future GrowBLOX™ technology and ExtractionLAB equipment. GB Sciences' GrowBLOX technology suite includes the TissueBLOX, GrowBLOX, CureBLOX, and ExtractionLAB equipment. GB Sciences Puerto Rico will engage in: (a) worldwide lease and service contracts for units of the GrowBLOX technology suite, (b) cannabis propagation services and cryogenic banking of cannabis genotypes, (c) remote diagnostic and monitoring service contracts for GBLX local partners and third party growers, and (d) cultivation of medical cannabis or hemp under a comprehensive Quality Management Program to produce cGMP-certified raw cannabis materials after obtaining the appropriate regulatory approvals. Certification of cannabis extraction processes under current Good Manufacturing Practices is the key for GBLX to validate efficacy claims, which drive ingredient sales across multiple manufacturing sectors including nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and pharmaceuticals.

Biography
Mr. César Cordero-Krüger a passionate leader with first class communication skills and a long track of successful  management with over 30 years of experience in a diverse spectrum of businesses and academic environments.  Since 1995 has been a consultant for Walgreen Co., one of the most successful Pharmacy Public Traded companies in the World. Assisting them in their expansion plans in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands through the development and replication of their changing business model.  As a result of such activities the Company have approved deals for expansion and has successfully developed over 60 new stores, with transactions value of approximately $500 MM in total development costs.

Also has served as the managing director for a National Merchant Banking firm with corporate headquarters in Chicago. He was responsible at the San Juan office for identifying potential acquisitions of companies with minimum revenues of $5 MM. In 1992, Mr. Cordero-Krüger co-founded Business Venture Group a business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions, and management consulting firm; dealing primarily with Businesses with transaction values up to $5MM and revenues up to $55MM.

Participated in the valuation of companies such as Kitchen Cabinets Manufacturer, Telecommunications Provider, Mechanical Contractors, Mattress Manufacturer, and Computer Supplies Distributor. Prepared and presented seminars on how to acquire a company for SBA Administration, Hewitt Associates, Enron Co., and Shell Company.

As a co-founder of General Management Assistant Corp. his engagements covered the preparation and assembly of promotional packages for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico's Economic Development Administration, for projects such as a feasibility analysis for the air cargo transportation industry, pilot’s school and air ambulance services in the Caribbean. Prepared financial projections, including cost, break-even, and price sensitivity analysis for the Corporate Meetings Cruise-Ship Industry for the Chicago office of the Puerto Rico Economic Development Administration.

Mr. Cordero-Krüger served as a professor of Statistics and Operations Management from 1986 to 1995, at the College of Business Administration of the Rio Piedras Campus, University of Puerto Rico, also was a system design, work measurement, and quality control professor at the Industrial Engineering department of the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He started in the academia as a Quality Control Laboratory Instructor at the UPR School of Engineering. Through this process he developed practical applications for companies such as General Electric, J.R. Woods & Sons, Digital Equipment Corporation and Recaito-Ito.

He brings a solid academic background with a Bachelor in Science in Industrial Engineering (1983), a Master in Science in Management Systems Engineering (1986) from the University of Puerto Rico, and Post Graduate studies in Commercial Real Estate from University of Pennsylvania (2008).

Biography
Ms. Martinez contributes to GB Sciences her diverse experience of over ten years in business administration and office management. With an expertise in financial, cost and tax accounting, and the ability to drive complex multiple projects from concept to completion while performing daily administrative tasks necessary to maintain operations. These includes being in charge of all rent, leases,  property tax and insurance issues related to a public traded triple A tenant.  She is an asset for the GROWBLOX Sciences Puerto Rico operations.  

Among her major achievements, she implemented an integrated office management and financial software for a real estate development and administration for a Developer, resulting in the net saving of annual costs and increased efficiencies. She also implemented all administrative and procedural aspects for the human resources and the finance departments for a local group of restaurant, resulting in an increase in net income and cash flow under a fully controlled operation.

Being a bilingual English/Spanish professional, she adds the necessary effective public relations and coordination logistics with local area vendors, government agencies and the public sector.

A Bachelors of Business Administration graduate from the University of Puerto Rico at San Juan, Ms. Martinez brings to GB Sciences Puerto Rico her ample experience and multitasking capabilities for a professional who have worked in industries such as real estate development and administration for public traded triple A tenant, banking, hospitality and restaurant management, among others.
Jorge Vélez
Packaging Engineer/Project Manager
Biography
Jorge has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of packaging operations, technical services, quality, project management, materials management and manufacturing. He has extensive experience in solid dosage, liquid and ointments operations, including granulation, compounding, blending, compression and packaging. He also has a vast knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment and processes. His strong management skills are focused on quality and productivity. He is considered an expert in the application of statistical analysis in validation protocols.
Ulrich Reimann-Philipp, PhD
Cultivation Manager
Biography
Dr. Ulrich Reimann-Philipp aims to apply his extensive academic and private-sector research experience to the transition of cannabis from pot to medicine. An expert in growing plants under laboratory conditions, Dr. Ulrich Reimann-Philipp specializes in purification and characterization of plant chemical products, plant molecular genetics, and plant defenses against pests and pathogens, in both conventionally and in hydroponic systems.

He is a noted plant biologist and water-quality expert, and he is named as the inventor of several US patents. Dr. Ulrich Reimann-Philipp received his PhD in Plant Science from the University of Kiel, Germany.
